The students, age 15 and 16, have had charges filed against them after authorities said they each brought a gun to Meade High School on Thursday, March 10.
Surveillance video showed one student carrying a handgun into a bathroom, Anne Arundel Police said. The student was quickly located and the gun was confiscated.
Police interviewed other students that were also seen in the video and uncovered a second BB gun. There was no believed threat to students or faculty, police added.
While no injuries were reported from the incident, the investigation is ongoing. Anne Arundel Police will continue to provide updates when they become available.
